Customer Service Clerk

Great opportunity to use your customer service skills in an office setting- NOT A CALL CENTER! Temp to hire position available with a plumbing company in their customer service department. Duties include taking calls to schedule work orders, processing invoices, and providing professional, friendly customer service over the phone. Our client has a great work environment and is seeking someone who is confident and capable.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong MS Office skills and customer service experience in an office setting. Must be VERY friendly with excellent phone manners and a pleasant voice. This is a fast paced environment that requires excellent data entry skills to get information into the system as a customer is talking. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work up to 2 Saturdays per month. Shift is 8-5 some weeks and 9-6 other weeks.
