Customer Service / Account Manager

Newkirk, an Albany-based financial publisher, is seeking a college graduate or applicants with a minimum of three to four years work experience to fill an entry-level account management position.

Training is provided in the areas of database management, electronic publishing, print production, and customer communications. Competency in MSWord, Excel, and Internet Explorer is required. Experience in customer relations is a plus.

Starting pay range is $21,000 to $28,000. Excellent benefit package which includes: medical, dental and prescription coverage, Flexible Spending Account, 401(k), profit sharing, and company-paid life and long term disability insurance.
