Credits and Incentives Senior Manager

Known as employers of choice for innovative human resources programs, they are dedicated to helping their clients and people excel.The National Credits & Incentives Tax practice, which is part of the National Multistate practice is currently looking for Managers and Senior Managers to enhance our current team.  We are looking for individuals with Credits and Incentives Tax experience, including tax planning and research.
 
As a tax professional on our National Credits & Incentives Tax team, you will have the opportunity to leverage
your accounting and tax knowledge to identify and execute tax strategies and solutions for our clients in credit and incentive related projects, including apportionment modifications, adjustments to state income tax, sales and use tax, and non-tax related incentives. You will be responsible for managing the Credits & Incentives Tax consulting function for our clients, establishing relationships with client management, attending client meetings with tax partners and professionals, and selling services directly to clients.  You will also be afforded the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our engagements from the planning stage through execution to completion of the project.         Possess 7+ years of public accounting experience in which 3 or more of those years are in the area of credits and incentives.
         Property and sales tax research and compliance is a plus.  
         Strong research and writing skills
         Previous supervisory and project management
experience and proven sales and marketing ability for both federal and state credits is also required. 
         BS in Accounting and CPA required, MS in Taxation is strongly preferred.
