Credit and Collections Assistant

This individual will maintain existing relationships with customers as well as initiate new relationships through business to business collection calls. You will make recommendations to Credit Manager regarding legal matters such as final demands and lien filings. There will be monthly statements to prepare, print and mail along with assisting office personnel in invoicing, credits and debits.
REQUIREMENTS
- minimum 3 years collection experience
- knowledge of Florida Construction lien law
- excellent communication skills
- computer proficient
- able to work independently and handle multiple tasks as well as take direction
- detail oriented, organized, accurate and efficient
