Direct Hire, Full-Time salaried position
A well known prestigious Credit Union headquartered in Los Angeles County has an immediate direct hire job opportunity for an experienced Branch Sales Manager.
The Credit Union is looking for a professional Manager who have had extensive experience working in a Credit Union to assist in transforming a local branch into a high-performance sales and service culture. This will be achieved through retention of assets and members; acquisition of assets and new members; growth of assets and membership. Manager leads and manages branch operations, including member service and teller areas to meet/exceed key measures. Manager makes sales calls, participates and supports business development initiatives, conducts presentations to increase membership, improve sponsor relationships and educate membership.
Additional responsibilities include:
•Inspect and validate processes and continue to develop prime performance.
•Respond to member’s complaints, trouble shooting and problem solving with alternative solutions.
•Ensure implementation and maintenance of branch security measures, alarms, vault, security codes, keys and safety.
•Monitor tellers and teller area to ensure compliance with all cash handling, cash ordering, and cash control are within all risk management procedures.
•Act as a loan officer with responsibilities including reviewing, approving, denying consumer and real estate loans, and reviewing the work of loan representatives and stays current with loan policies and credit guidelines.
Experience with Symitar, Excel and Word software is required.
