Responsible for assisting with the processing of credit loan applications and renewals.
Responsible for various departmental functions including reporting (loan covenant tracking, statement tracking, risk rating, and credit reviews), credit file maintenance, and LAN administration.
A Credit Specialist assists the Lenders and Credit Analysts in the preparation of the following: financial statement spreading, loan requests, monitoring loan covenants, collateral analysis, and cash flow analysis. All of which become part of the final approval package, which may be presented to loan committees.QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2.0 College (GPA) grade point average
2 College level Accounting classes (2.0 GPA in each)
1 year Word processing and spreadsheet software experienceSKILLS:
Balancing Numbers
Customer Service
Finance-Banking
General PC Skills
Written/Verbal Communication Skills
Adding Machine/Calculator
Accounting Experience
Database ApplicationHOURS:
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
