Qualified candidates must be able to manage credit function of the Bank. Prepare and implement credit policies, in accordance with Loan Committee. Review all loan presentations to assure compliance with Bank policy and sound underwriting. Maintain credit files. Risk-rate all loans.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; advanced work at the master's level in banking desirable.

Seven-ten years of lending and banking management experience.

Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills. A self-starter with excellent leadership and negotiation/persuasion skills.

Ability to analyze and organize financial information. Performs complex financial calculations.

Detailed knowledge of lending regulations, lien laws, collection/bankruptcy regulations and loan documentation.

Expert knowledge of the real estate field, including appraisals, deeds and lien recordation.

Presents a professional image in dealing with customers, inter-departmental and external representatives. Able to travel to customers’ site for inspections and appraisals.
