Credit & Collections Representative

Henry Schein, Inc. is the largest distributor of healthcare products to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets. Customers include dental practices and laboratories, physician practices, and veterinary clinics, as well as government and other institutions.

Our Company has an opening for a Credit & Collections Representative. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

Daily contact with assigned customer accounts regarding payment of delinquent receivables.

Review of customer orders in pending status

Interaction with Sales Team to discuss account issues and pending orders

Send credit applications to new customers to complete. Review new customer applications and relevant credit history to determine credit limit eligibility. Regularly review customer credit limits and recommends adjustments to ensure adequacy and accuracy.

Reconcile customer accounts, to reapply payments to specific invoices or accounts, as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
Accounts Receivable knowledge desired

Financial statement analysis skills desired

Word and Excel knowledge necessary

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette required
