Credit Card Product Specialist
I. Analyst
Perform analyses to support decisioning for credit card portfolio. Perform data analyses using the customer or prospect database to understand customer/prospect behavior relating to card usage, credit risk, and other value drivers. Maintain a high level of competency in analytical principals, tools and techniques.
a) Responsibilities
B7 Perform analysis as necessary to support marketing, risk, collections and portfolio management business-unit needs.
B7 Perform list extractions, measure operational metrics, calculate return-on-investment and other performance measurements.
B7 Assist in the implementation of any models or segmentation schemes developed for marketing programs.
B7 Work with third party vendors in implementing new programs/processes
REQUIREMENTS
a) Requirements
B7 Degree in a quantitative discipline including Statistics, Econometrics or related field.
B7 Minimum qualifications - B.S. + 3 years or M.S. in quantitative and statistical analysis and analytical reporting.
B7 Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power !
Point, e
tc.).
B7 Experience using statistical software (SPSS/SAS, etc.).
B7 bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">Proven analytic and quantitative skills and data analysis capability.
