Credit Card Billing Dispute Representative

Resolves customer questions and disputes. Responds to phone inquiries concerning credit card billing errors, disputed transactions, misapplied or incorrect payments, etc. Has authority to satisfy the customer by making decisions that are reasonable such as making refunds, or waiving finance charges. Work is performed under general supervision. Responds to customer inquiries by telephone. Researches and analyzes customer problems. Makes adjustments to customer accounts, including discretionary authority to satisfy the customer for which is reasonable. Ensures adherence to Federal Fair Credit Billing Act.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Previous credit card or similar call center experience required. Experience in billing disputes a plus. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of customer service practices. Flexibility and the ability to work rotating weekends and holidays required.DESIRED SKILLS:
Work Schedule - Shifts starting between 1:00pm - 4:00pm Monday - Friday,with weekend rotation and occasional Holidays
