Credit Analyst II- International

Zebra Technologies, an industry leader in delivering innovative specialty printing solutions is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst II to help support our Central American business unit.

Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish a huge Plus.


*Process credit applications, trade inquires and outside credit references.
*Assess customers financial statements and approve lines up to 100K or recommend credit lines in accordance with Zebra Technologies policies and authority level.
*Maintain credit files and process assigned credit revisions.
*Ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in the Credit Manual are maintained.
*Responsible for assigned A/R portfolio both collections and resolution of claims.
*Administer the timely release of orders in regard to credit within portfolio
*Review and process Letter?s of Credit to ensure accuracy and collection within portfolio if applicable.
*Assist Cash Application when requested for the purpose of identifying payments received.
* Perform and maintain all assigned Credit Department reporting.
* Complete special projects within the department as necessary.
* Participate in all departmental presentations.
* Assist with other Zebra branches with regards to Credit & Collections process development
* Train new Credit Analyst I and assist with educating Zebra?s policies and procedures.
* Assist in process development of reports, software enhancements.
* Identify non-compliances of policies and procedures and educate other customer facing departments.
* Utilize all tools available in the department for the successful management of accounts.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
College Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 5 years or more commercial credit and collections experience with a minimum of 2 years retail collection experience.

* Strong problem-solving and research skills
* Strong PC skills including current Microsoft Office applications.
