Credit Analysis Representative I
Position Overview:
To contribute to the profitability of ShopNBC by the professional and timely handling of credit customer inquiry telephone calls.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for the timely handling of answering inbound credit calls and responding to customer questions. Meet department phone goals on talk time, after call work time, and answer rates. Research and resolve customer inquiries and enters notes in the system to facilitate in assisting the customer. Work with other departments, when necessary, to attain comprehensive solutions. Maintains and effectively articulates a thorough knowledge and skill base for policies, procedures, and computerized information systems. Contributes to the team and the department in a positive and constructive manner.

The career path for a successful performer in this role will be to a Credit Analysis Representative II., Credit Analysis Coordinator, Credit Supervisor, Credit Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School diploma or (GED)
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months relevant specialized experience required in credit and/or customer service and problem solving.
Basic knowledge of credit and customer service terms.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effectively utilize multiple software packages as appropriate.
Basic computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel and Internet Navigation.
Physical Activity:
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand. Repetitive Motions: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers.
Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work. Those activities, which demand detailed or important instructions spoken to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.
Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds with no less than a 40-db loss. Ability to receive oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound.
Visual Demands: Operators: This is a minimum standard for those whose job requires work done at close visual range.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Individual not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions - typical office or administrative work setting.
