Cost Inventory Manager
An International Insurance Company in Essex County, New Jersey has an opportunity for a Cost Inventory Manager who will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain financial inventory through the following: Record and reconcile Cost of Goods Sold, Reconcile and maintain schedules of monthly purchases and related charges, - Maintain warehouse and in-transit inventory reports
- Prepare daily inventory status reports
- Calculate and record commission, royalty and margin reports and reconcile to third party statements
- Prepare monthly Cost of Goods Sold financial statements
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting
- Supervise daily activity and monthly reconciliation's
- Prepare bank reconciliation's
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile various balance sheet and expense accounts
REQUIREMENTS
They are searching for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/ CPA a plus
- 3+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The total compensation range for this opportunity is from $45,000 to $50,000 with excellent benefits and 401k with match.
