Corporate International Tax Analyst (DSN)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $45000 to $65000 per year Analyze the financial statements and supporting documentation and apply current U.S. tax laws. Prepare federal/state and non-US corporate income tax returns. Prepare quarterly and budget tax forecasts for the corporation and subsidiaries. Gather and interpret U.S. GAAP data and other financial information and make the appropriate tax adjustments based on U.S tax laws. Research, analyze and interpret tax laws and provide written memoranda on various projects and transactions. Maintain a working knowledge of tax software used by the Company. Assist Tax Manager in various research projects and analysis. Stay abreast of current federal tax legislation by reading and studying the Internal Revenue Code and accompanying regulations and pronouncements. Stay abreast of all accounting pronouncements as they relate to income tax accounting. Ability to handle a large number of assignments and meet scheduled deadlines. Strong analytical skills required and the ability to work effectively with others and participate on teams.
