Our aim is to deliver consistent investment results to our clients with distinctive and innovative services.Dillon Read Capital Management’s General Counsel is looking for an experienced paralegal to support the Legal and Compliance Department in corporate governance, legal audit of the business and special projects and overall support (utility infielder). Responsibilities include: Draft agendas, meeting preparation materials and minutes for various board of directors and committee meetings for corporate and investment fund group. Preparation and maintenance of minutes’ book. Coordinate legal audits of different business units relating to use of legal documentation. Coordinate state licensing of various business activities. Coordinate use of outside law firms. Coordinate Legal and Compliance Department document retention and archival initiative. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:Preferably 8-10 years Corporate Experience
Previous experience as a corporate Paralegal
Strong computer skills including PowerPoint
Excellent Oral and Written Skills
Self Starter, team player with ability to work well under pressure
