Corporate Administrative Assistant

Accu-Length, manufacturer of the only expandable junior golf clubs, is looking for a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is responsible for bookkeeping, customer service, answering phones, mail, travel arrangements, processing expense reports, order entry and tracking, inventory entry, preparing and updating sales reports, filing and miscellaneous office duties for a five-person office.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have:

--High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years administrative and bookkeeping experience.
--Proficiency in QuickBooks a must. Will be required to enter inventory and orders, post billings, process billings and invoices, handle accounts receivable and payable and do monthly reconcilement.
--Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
--Excellent phone demeanor.
--Excellent organizational skills
--Ability to multi-task
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--Excellent customer service skills
--Ability to operate office equipment including fax and copier.
