Corporate Account Managers will function as a market sales manager. Their charter incudes accountability for executing market stragegies, ensuring financial performance, implementing sales strategy and managing customer relationships. They will be accountable for financial performance and client satisfaction with the integration of the sales process Their duties will include responsibility of implementing and executing the OfficeMax Print & Document Services sales strategies, balance account portfolio by creating new business thru direct client contact, deep account penetration of all existing active accounts and the retention of existing clients. The Corporate account amanger will work collaboratively with field personnel to execute objectives, segement markets and align sales programs and services with segmentation, keep accurate and updated client records and participate in sales process to insure 100% client satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS
The Corporate Account Manager will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred, proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Ability to demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a high level of productivity with in the Print & Document Services Team. Ability to understand the regional operating systems supporting the overall fulfillment process from ordering to delivery and invoicing. Strong problem solving skills and knowledge of key industry technologies and computer skills are required for candidates for this position.
