Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for some or all of the following:- Network real estate rent and lease payments in excess of $8Million annually. Additionally, it is responsible for ensuring real estate compliance for 1,000 sites with a potential impact on asset protection of $1.2M. - Abstracting of all contractual documents including leases, amendments, tenant agreements, easements, purchases etc. Includes review of all documents for critical financial and legal terms for entry into real estate database.. Interface with counterparts in the Areas and Regions, Finance Group and landlords for issue research and problem resolution. . Update and maintain Network Real Estate database. . Assist in supporting Managers and Associate Director for special projects as required. . Manage, review and interpret real estate contracts for data base management. . Analyze financial reports for real estate as they impact capital and expense budgets.. Oversee notice process as required for address changes, insurance certificates and terminations as warranted.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Candidate Qualifications: . Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred . Paralegal preferred. . 1 year experience in telecommunications industry specific to property management. . 1-2 years accounting/financial experience preferred. . 2 years previous contracts experience preferred. . Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, Data Base) . Good written and oral communication skills. . Ability to balance extremely heavy workload requiring multitasking.. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. . Must work both in a team structure and independently, meeting multiple deadlines. ..
