Position Title: Site Controller/Finance Lead
Location: New Castle, DE



Position Description:

The Atlas Point Controller/Site Finance leader is responsible for financial reporting, internal control and analysis pertaining to Uniqema's Atlas Point Manufacturing Facility. The primary responsibilities of the position are:
'Monitor, prepare, and oversee all financial reporting originating from the Atlas Point Plant
'Provide oversight to insure company policy and internal controls are followed to protect all company assets
'Assist the Plant Manager and the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis in managing costs from the site, including fixed and variable
'Coordinate development of department budgets with appropriate managers
'Develop other budgeting information as required, which may include material loss/scrap, inventory, obsolescence
'Develop key performance measurements for the plant and establish tracking systems to assure each area is achieving its objectives.
'' Develop and maintain systems associated with product costing including work center identification, material costs, labor hours by product, overhead allocation module, and in general, insure that timely and accurate costs are established for all manufactured products
'Monitor, prepare, and oversee all financial reporting originating from the Atlas Point plant
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
'BS in Chemical Engineering and/or Accounting/Business Administration
'MBA, CPA preferred
'6-8 of cost accounting experience in a batch processing environment
