Controller - Oil & Gas

A very successful, high-growth, publicly-traded oil & gas company located in Denver is searching for a high-level Controller. This newly-created position will report directly to the CFO and will presently manage all of the internal reporting, and may also manage the external reporting (depending upon the expertise of the candidate). Will be over a group of over 30 individuals, so substantial prior experience is helpful. The company is acquisition-oriented and has a very successful track record. This is a great opportunity to have a large impact on the organization at an executive level.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
•Mid-stream, energy, or general oil & gas experience
•Public accounting exposure (especially Big-4) would be a plus
•A desire to work with a highly-qualified team in a positive environment
