Controller, CPA w/International Accounting Experience - 120k+

Our client manufactures some 55 unique items, including fleece products, hats, pants, shorts, and T-shirts, with nearly 90% of total sales (235M Annual) generated from T-shirts. Our client operates six manufacturing facilities in California and Mexico. Customers include primarily retailers and mass marketers, but also screen printers and embellishers. Although more than 94% of sales are domestic, Our client also distributes its products to Canada and Europe. We are seeking a controller to oversee the accounting and adherence to GAAP between U.S & Mexican Facilities.

Salary Range: $100 to $120k
Location: Anaheim, CA
REQUIREMENTS
Required Education/Experience:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/ Bus. Admin. CPA or MBA is a huge plus. Preference will be given to CPA candidates.
2) Five to seven years related experience, with minimum of Five years as Controller.
3) Demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis, GAAP
4) Strong analytical ability, and proven ability to lead project teams through to completion.
5) Ability to develop staff.
6) Proficient with computer software programs including Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint
