About the Position:
Our client is a well-established investment company located in Atlanta, Georgia. They are currently seeking an experienced Controller.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining financials for 36 entities
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
* Account Reconciliation
* Fixed Assets
* Book Purchase, Sale and Loan Closings
* Managing cash flow
* Producing financial statements for multiple entities
* Performing all payroll functions
* Produce internal accounting reports for new construction and property management
* Preparing simple tax returns
* Performing billing, collection and reconciliation of costs
* Creating budget proformas
Qualified candidates must have at least 6 years experience in accounting and a Bachelor's degree in accounting. Candidates with real estate experience are strongly desired.

Their office is located in beautiful Atlanta, Georgia.
Compensation:
They offer an excellent compensation package. Salary is based on experience.
