These capabilities, coupled with our program management expertise are tailored to fit the most challenging business needs.The organization employs approximately 55,000 people worldwide and reports global provisional revenues of about 5.7 billion euros.This position provides financial support one of our largest engagement leadership team and will be accountable for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, management reporting at the budget center, Account and Business Unit level. In addition the position will assist the CFO in managing contract baseline changes, business case development and costing and pricing of new business.The skills for the position include strong PC skills, complex financial modeling, analytical ability, executive level presence and communications, complex problem solving and self-directed. In support of new business development the position may require moderate traveling (30% - 50% of overall work effort in new business development of which majority will be within the existing engagement and require little travel).Annual Budget ? work with the account leadership team to develop annual budgetsMonthly Forecast ? work with the account leadership team to produce the monthly forecast based on changing business conditionsManagement Reporting ? extract financial data out of Capgemini Corporate systems and develop requisite reports that support the day to day operations of the accountPerform financial analysis to support and measure account performanceBe versed in the contractual requirements and Capgemini?s solution to deliver to those requirements ? work on financial analysis, costing and pricing for services outside these parametersWork with account sales team in providing economic support to new business opportunities within the accountWork with North America Outsourcing Financial Advisory Services as an extension of their team in supporting new business development.Other duties as assigned.

BA/BS in Finance or Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting5 ? 7 Years experiencePrevious experience in IT industry helpfulAbility to work with multiple peopleAdvance Excel experience requiredComplex Financial / Deal Modeling
Intermediate Word and Powerpoint experienceORACLE Financials knowledge or similar Financial ERP
