As Assistant Controller you will be expected to perform professional accounting functions exercising independent judgment, and communicate results to management. In addition, you will be expected to:Supervise, coordinate, and prepare month-end activities and corporate booksAssist the Division Controller in monthly analysis and internal reporting of division financial statementsReview and prepare general ledger account reconciliationsAssist internal and external auditors as neededAssist Division Controller in preparation and review of annual budgetAssist Division Controller in assessing staffing requirements and improving processes within the Accounting Department

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required5+ yrs exp as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager or Assistant ControllerReal Estate experience is a plusCPA Required
