Contracts Compliance Auditor

Novartis Nutrition offers many Medical Nutrition products and programs which results in enhancing, improving and saving lives.The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Sales Operations by analyzing contract and customer purchases for compliance.MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responds to and corrects pricing discrepancy inquires from customer service
Assists with development and implementation of comprehensive audit process to include internal processes; technology tool selection/implementation; compliance with SOX and CIA audit procedures and documentation, etc.
Develop/calibrate/communicate protocols within Sales Operations that triggers need for audit steps. Steps include baseline for auditing suspicious accounts (distributors and end-users) on selective basis
Conduct audits as prescribed to include selecting Key Distributors and auditing customer base to ensure "one contract per customer" engagements
Develops and maintains databases required to perform responsibilities as needed
Develops reports and analyzes data into usable and practical information for the field sales organization and management
Assists with the development of management reports associated with compliance initiatives, suggesting controls, service improvements, data integrity improvements and report layout/presentation styles
Effectively communicates with field sales organization, management, peers and other personnel in both written and verbal form. Orients communications at a management level as needed, blending technical and non-technical perspectives while identifying the contributing factors to the reflected status of metrics
Leverages a functional working knowledge of proprietary data, product lines, and software capabilities as well as warehoused data to assist in all development and ongoing reporting activities
Prepares and maintains documentation of special case or customized reporting methodologies
Retains approval documentation required from the field sales organization and managementQualifications

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????1 plus years experience in interface role with field operations and distribution systems experience desired
