Contract Administration/Accounting Analyst
Our client, located in the Galleria area, is currently seeking a Contract Administrator/Accounting Analyst for a long term, indefinite contract assignment.
This individual will be responsibile for initiating contract requisitions for company clients, developing and negotiating terms of contracts, administer and coordinate with accounts payable for invoicing, and maintaining contract and invoicing spreadsheets for various units within the company. This position will be responsible for the administration of approximately 60+ contracts. Will also be involved in budgeting processes, invoicing procedures, and travel policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounts, or Finance or related field
Must have atleast 1+ years Contracts Administration experience
Prior experience with budgeting and processing invoices/expenses is highly preferred
Strong computer skills are required
SAP, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat experience highly preferred.
