Ledgent Staffing has a great opportunity for a Credit/Collection professional in the Springfield area. This position will start on a temporary basis with the potential to be hired by our client.
Responsibilities are as follows:•Work with accounts 1 day or more past due
•High volume calls, setting up payment arrangements and skip tracing•Previous auto collection experience•Experience with companies i.e. Americredit, HFBC, CitiFinancial, Wells Fargo, Primus, Nuvel, Rent-to-Own
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have:•At least 1 year of experience•Excellent communication skills•Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
