Overview:

This company is one of the leading providers of Business Application ERP Software Solutions in the Windows/SQL Server environment. We have offices in Los Angeles, Cleveland, Seattle, Houston and the New York area. Our consultants provide installation, implementation, training and support, as well as custom development and report writing services to companies in the fast growth, middle and mid-enterprise markets.

We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Consulting Manager (ERP Systems) to manage the activities of our ERP consulting team which includes application consultants, technical consultants and programmers.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Consulting Manager (ERP Systems) are:

* Manage the activities of our ERP consulting team which includes application consultants, technical consultants and programmers. in the implementation of ERP systems (Great Plains, Solomon and MAS500)
* Personally participate, as may be required, in new ERP implementations including:
o Configure ERP modules per design specification
o Test ERP configuration using Pilot systems
o Conduct end user training
o Migrate data from previous system to new ERP system utilizing data migration tools
o Design FRx financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheets)
o Prepare implementation documentation
* Support existing clients in all aspects of their ERP application including add-on modules, new reports, troubleshooting errors, additional training to new client employees.

* Perform Product Demonstrations
* Prepare Consulting Estimates
* Prepare Statements of Work
* Prepare Consulting Agreements
* Manage Client Relationships
* Provide Local Office Strategy for Executing Successful Client Engagements
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Suitable candidates must have:

* A bachelors degree in accounting or computer information systems
* A strong consulting background
* Prior experience implementing Great Plains (Dynamics GP), Solomon (Dynamics SL) or MAS 500
* A minimum of 3 years experience managing consultants and ERP implementation projects
* Solid domain knowledge in accounting systems and business processes
* Basic technical and MS SQL Server skills
* Experience with distribution and manufacturing processes
* Good communication skills as this position would be a Client facing position.
* Positive attitude to Customer service
