(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.BearingPoint Global Markets is currently searching for experienced Business Analysts.Preference will be given to candidates local to our New York office.As a member of the project team, assist in the analysis and implementation of Financial Services operations and business processes.Responsible for developing business requirements and for data collection from clients.

Must have prior experience in Middle and Back Office functions.

Experience with key processing systems and involvement and participation in systems implementation is strongly desired.

Experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Clear proficiency in Capital Markets Products and/or solution sets:
. Fixed Income - Government Securities, Agency Securities, MBS, Structured Products, Repurchase Agreements, Money Market Securities, etc.
. Equities - Equity Securities, Equities Linked Products
. Exchange Operations - Experience with any of the various exchanges either domestically or globally
. Derivatives - Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivativew.
. Bank Treasury/Corporate Treasury - Bank, Holding Company Funding Operations and Balance Sheet Management. Corporate Treasury Operations ( Cash Management, Funding, Hedging, etc.).
EXPERIENCE WITH CALYPSO A HUGE PLUS.Candidates must have Derivatives experience.
Experience with workflows, reference data, business process modeling or SW evaluation and selection would be a plus.Requires one to three years of consulting and/or work experience in the Financial Services industry and must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to assume a high level of commitment to client success and to the timely delivery of high quality services.Must understand some aspects of the Financial Services products and services and be able to contribute to development of new business.
