BT Construction, Inc. was originally founded in 1980. After 25 years of business, BTC has become one of Colorado's most respected contractors, specializing in water, sanitary and storm utility construction and relocation, tunnel augering, pipe jacking, mechanical facilities construction, concrete flatwork and structures, and industrial vacuum excavation.We are currently looking for a contruction project coordinator to assist estimators and project managers.
Main duties include:
Organization of project paperwork and files
Permit applications
Drafting of subcontracts and purchase orders
Budget
Change order and production entries
Processing and delivering project submittals
Delivering bids
Attending pre-bid and pre-construction meetings
Other general assistance to project managersBenefits:

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Knowledge of Expedition and Timberline software helpful
Word and Excel a must
