JWR Construction Services, Inc. 21 years in South Florida providing construction management and design. Specializing in universities, banks, food service and multi-family low & mid-rise. CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR: - 3+ years construction experience in Commercial Estimating as a full estimator. - Experience in working with negotiated and hard bid estimating. - BS Degree in Construction Sciences or Engineering preferred but not required. - Stable employment background. - Experience in scoping-out projects, quantity take offs and estimating major CSI Divisions (1-16) - Currently working in the South Florida area. - Familiar with FL building code (specifically Miami-Dade requirements) - Proficient in excel spreadsheet based estimating. - Knowledge of Timberline a benefit - Willingness to work in team environment SF50008850
