Construction Accounting Manager

Performs assigned accounting functions requiring a more in depth knowledge of the organization's financial systems. Works independently with general supervision by the Controller. Prepare monthly project statements. Prepare monthly job cost reports for distribution to the Project Manager. Track and analyze construction in progress. Close and capitalize the projects. Assist and implement the annual budgeting process. Liaison between the finance group and the construction project managers. Cash flow projections and forecasts related to construction expenditures. Managing the project month-end close. Coordination of all construction related audits. Manage and direct the accounts payable function related to project. Managing and direct the accounts payable function related to project invoices.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 of progressive construction accounting experience. Experience with Oracle preferred. Bachelors degree in accounting a must. Prior construction accounting experience required.
