Construction Accountant - Three positions

Three positions, Temecula, Ontario and Anaheim please send us your resume for consideration.We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Manager/FC Bookkeepers and Staff Accountant for our clients, to manage the accounting and finance concerns for a construction company located in the Temecula area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in integrated construction job costing accounting systems (preferably 5 years of experience); will possess a minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience; will possess ample knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost control, etc. Experience with Master Builder or Timberline would be helpful.Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and record all accounting transactions; Maintain and supervise accounting information systems and related procedures; analysis/reporting of operating results and financial position; provide financial feedback, support, recommendations to key decision makers; serve as a liaison to bonding company, CPA and banker; maintain positive working relationships with clients and vendors. Performing full-function job cost accounting; Ongoing review and analysis of job cost details for accuracy and consistency; Working with Project Managers regarding financial issues, extra work invoices and job expenditure; Reporting, monitoring accounting and financial performance of assigned projects including variance analysis and estimates to complete; Accounting for construction projects.Salary will be based on experience; range is $40,000-65,000.
