Consolidations and SEC Reporting Manager

Top Fairfield company is expanding and currently interviewing for a Consolidations and SEC Reporting Manager.
We currently have an opportunity for a Manager of Consolidation/SEC Reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidation and preparation of financial sections of SEC quarterly and annual reports on 10Q and 10k filings, including financial statements and footnotes. You will also support and assist senior management by providing analyses of financial trends that will help determine the direction of operational decision making and planning. To be considered for this role, you should have 6+ years' consolidations and SEC filings experience and strong computer systems skills. CPA and Big 4 experience also preferred.All resumes will be confirmed and verified. Must be able to pass a criminal background check as well as provide professional references.
