Comptroller & Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We seek an experienced Comptroller and Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our Life & Annuities Insurance Company in all of the aspects related to accounting and financial reporting for our multi-country operation in our headquarters in Miami, Florida.

Positions:
•Directly supervise accounts receivable department
oRecurring Billing Process
oContract Payment of Policies
oInvoicing
oReconciliation of Wires, ACH, Checks, credit cards, etc.
•Prepare, analyze and present monthly reports to review Department Structure and maintenance.
•Maintain control of the affiliate general ledger
•Maintain Policy and Procedures Manuals updated
•Assist in the preparation of annual projections
•Assist in the coordination of internal, external and regulatory audits
•Fully support department head in ensuring compliance with established internal controls
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•5-10 years of experience, Accounting Degree Required.
•Experience with credit card collection processing a plus.
•Ability to effectively present information and interact effectively with senior management.
•Strong computer skills (Great Plains a plus)
•Knowledge of investments, insurance and financial industry accounting a plus.
