Compliance Supervisor

As the Compliance Supervisor you will oversee that the company has adequately documented and tested internal controls over significant processes and maintains compliance with Sarbanes Oxley 404 regulations by supervising and coordinating quarterly compliance testing and updating internal control documentation.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2-5 years auditing and/or Sarbanes Oxley experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Ability to be assertive when necessary to recommend/implement changes to policies/procedures to maintain Sarbanes Oxley compliance
• Proficiency with spreadsheets & databases
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels internally and externally
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• SAP experience preferred
• Ability to travel
