LAWYERS

Seeking JD's with a regulatory background. Basic knowledge of Compliance issues as related to hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, sub-advised mutual funds, fund-of-funds and separate funds experience with dual broker-dealer investment advisory registrant a plus. Positions in law firms and in-house.

Bank Regulatory Attorneys needed for in-house and law firm positions. 5-8 years experience

LAWYERS & NON-LAWYERS

E-mail Surveillance Analysts & AML Analysts wanted for F/T work in Hedge Funds and Broker/Dealer. Institutional product knowledge necessary, preferably in AML or Institutional. Sales and Trading & Operations support. NASD, series 7,24,9,10,63,14 licenses a plus. Mantas and Actimize experience a plus.

Project Managers wanted for F/T work and P/T assignments. BASEL 11 and Implementation experience necessary. Broad IT and Compliance experience necessary (AML, Monitoring, etc.). Top companies, Top pay. 7-10 years experience needed.
