Compensation Specialist

Job Duties:
* Recommend and administer compensation and job evaluation programs and policies
* Consult with management on compensation issues
* Analyze market data and make recommendations concerning compensation activities
* Conduct compensation surveys
* Assist in the administration of merit programs, alternative reward strategies and review changes in wages for conformance to policy
* Conduct job and pay equity audits
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
* 3+ years experience in compensation plan administration and creation preferred
* Professional demeanor
* Strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills
* CCP certification preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
* Experience with PeopleSoft HR software preferred
