Compensation Audit/Salary Survey Expert

Classification: Consulting Company seeking consultant to perform a compensation audit and salary survey. This project will also include reviewing job descriptions, creating and modifying the current compensation philosophy and comparing salaries to other companies within the industry. The consultant will be expected to make recommendations on a new performance measurement program and recommend salary adjustments in order to help them become more competitive in the local marketplace.
