Compensation Analyst- Suffolk County

Classification: Full Time Leading Melville based company is seeking a Sales Compensation Specialist. In the Sales Compensation Specialist role, the successful candidate will perform sales plan administration, including document preparation and plan earnings calculations, while consulting with business leaders to design and evaluate the effectiveness of sales incentive plans. You will assist in the administration, development, and maintenance of compensation plans currently offered to Arrow employees. You will also coordinate the annual compensation review process and ensure that salary updates and communications are handled in a timely and accurate manner with payroll and the HR Generalists. You will research salary and compensation issues as they arise and provide support and issue corrections as needed. In this role, you will work with the manager to support the needs of the HR Generalists and Business Unit Heads to ensure that policies and programs are clearly communicated and understood.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
. Review, update and maintain job profiles for consistency and accuracy of defined Arrow roles. Maintain all relative job code structures and ensure a one-to-one relationship with relative job tables. Perform geographic analysis of labor market impacts to salary grade structures. Participate in job evaluation committee sessions, conduct job evaluations and fact finding research for both Sales and Non-sales based positions. Conduct survey benchmarking and impact analysis using Wyatt Watson based Rewards system. Research application and impact of variable based pay structures for specific corporate based positions. Participate in FLSA position review analysis. Support and conduct compensation related communication presentations and training. Provide support to HR Generalists and Business Units on specific questions that may arise on Comp Plans, Awards, and Processes.. Coordinate with Managers on the Annual Salary Process, including timelines, communications, and distribution. Prepare and maintain administration manuals and flow charts of all compensation plans. Monitor trends in compensation and review legislative developments and issues. Stay up to date on compliance issues as they relate to the Arrow Corporate Compensation Plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:. 4 year College Degree and/or equivalent experience. 3 + years of related experience. Strong analytical skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Intermediate level Excel skillsFor immediate consideration, please e-mail your resume to
