Community Manager
Community Manager
Under the direction of the Property Director, responsible for managing, maintaining, expanding, and profitability of assigned property. Will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, including marketing, leasing, qualifying applicants, contracting for services and ensuring all work is completed in a thorough, timely, quality and cost effective manner.
Prefer knowledge of cash and accrual accounting principals for property management, budget analysis and handling building accounts.
General knowledge of insurance, risk management, environmental codes, federal, state and local laws pertaining to Landlord/Tenant Laws, HUD and LIHTC requirements, building operations, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, as well as systems pertaining to the management of non-profit owned real estate.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software, effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, ability to read and interpret lease and other legal documents. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
Certified Property Management (CPM) and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Job requires valid state real estate license and valid Driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Pay range $20,000-$30,000. Excellent benefits offered.
