(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Security and Identity Management Team is currently searching for an Identity Management support person to support communications/marketing/policy development.Location/s: Washington DC Metro AreaRelocation: NoPerformance Profile:
Candidate will be responsible for providing Policy and Communications support related to new identity management or credentialing system impacts on employees and the way work is accomplished including job definition and content, organizational communication patterns, job satisfaction of employees, and skill requirements.Position Responsibilities include:

Designing and conducting organizational readiness assessments
Developing change strategy, policies, and plans

Developing and executing communications strategy and plans.

Developing and executing training strategy and plans.

Aligning leadership, organization, jobs, competencies, and performance management processesGeneral Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

US citizen preferred

Public sector experienced desired

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with English as a primary language

Experience with identity management, HSPD-12 and FIPS 201 standards preferred

Able to develop credibility with people at all organizational levels

Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence

Proficiency with MS Office products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to work independently, as well as perform in team-based environments

Must possess exemplary facilitation, analytical and project management skills

Ability to manage client expectationsStrategic Change Requirements:
1+ years experience developing Policy, Change Management, Communication, and Training

Strategies and Plans for large / global organizations

2+ years of experience leading Policy, Change Management, Communications and Training strategy, planning and implementation in a large project environment

Knowledge of current industry business process methods and tools

1+ years of business process or change management experience

Preferred experience with enterprise wide projects and enterprise system implementations
