Commissioning Supervisor ( Blue Bell,PA)

Job Type: CommissioningResponsibilities:This position requires a proven record in start-up and/or commissioning of industrial HVAC and related utilities. The Commissioning Supervisor will interact with clients, A/E firms, vendors, contractors, operators and maintenance personnel. This position requires a good understanding of HVAC systems and construction scheduling. The Commissioning Supervisor will be responsible for managing projects through startup and commissioning to project turnover. Typical duties will include supervision of the startup personnel, test protocol development and execution, development of O&M manuals, training,and final project turnover.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:The candidate shall have good interpersonal and team building skills. Project experience in ASHRAE/building commissioning is required. Experience in a Pharmaceutical or Bio-pharmaceutical environment is a plus. Good verbal and written skills are a must.
