Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per year National Commercial Real Estate Company seeks an Accountant (65K-75K) to work closely with the Controller of Operations in its midtown New York City location. The appropriate candidate will have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 yrs+ of previous Commercial Real Estate work experience. This position will get involved in all facets of accounting including expenses, billing, escalations, and budgets. Strong computer skills are essential; experience with Yardi is a plus. To be successful in this position you must be detailed, focused and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
