Purpose:
An innovative leader dedicated to the management of infection control and healthcare compliance services is seeking a Customer Support Advisor.

On a day to day basis, this individual will be responsible for applying the companies credit and collection policies, practices and procedures to the requirements of accounts assigned. Review accounts to identify past due customers and to determine proper course of action. Communicate with customers for up to date payments.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of Commercial Collections experience. Experience with maintaining a business portfolio in terms of number of businesses within a given territory. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills along with the proven ability to maintain proper rapport with clients.
