The job -
One of the most unique new concepts within the tire and wheel industry is on the move and growing fast. Rent-A-Tire in the North Houston, Texas area is hiring Collectors to assist with telephone and field collections to ensure rental accounts are current.

Job Description:
•Communicate with customers on past due accounts via telephone or written communication.
•Pay in-home visits to past due customers as directed by the Collection Manager to collect payment or recover merchandise.
•Team up with Collection Manager on collection decisions.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
•Six months’ collections experience and/or one-year certificate from a college or technical school.
•Previous rent-to-own (RTO) experience desirable, but not required.
•A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
•Ability to work Saturdays.
