Collector II - Primary Collector-Full Time - Tampa CAF

As primary collector, you will collect past due amounts on auto accounts (Lease Loan & Balloon). Accounts are typically in the 15-39 day stage of delinquency. You will collect overdue payments using Mosaix PDS technology in order to maximize potential and thereby reducing delinquency and loan losses. You will negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers on delinquent accounts and handle customer complaints, concerns in a timely manner. Offer suggestions to customers to how they can meet obligations and proposing alternative methods. Using tact and discretion, you will also advise customers as to possible consequences of not meeting their obligation.
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year collections experience High school diploma or GED required Adaptability to a highly technical environment Complete knowledge of relevant federal regulations and / or FDCPA Excellent Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Excellent analytical skill Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proficient use of a PC and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel)
