Collector I - Bilingual Preferred

To communicate with owners by telephone (inbound and outbound) and make every effort to collect all past due items owed including: mortgage payments, down payments, maintence, taxes, and fees.
Schedule: Must be able to work within our Hours of Operations:
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 9:00PM
Friday and Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Sunday 12:00PM - 9:00PM

Effective communication skills

Basic typing/PC skills

Stable work History

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Dependability a MUST

Bi-lingual a PLUS

1-year of superior customer service/call center experience preferred

1-year of Collections experience a PLUS

Full-time and Part-time positions available
