Responsibilities include:
•Heavy telephone work.
•Negotiate payment arrangements, Process payment authorization via telephone, Maintain records and Resolve disputes.
•Investigative, skip/location work
REQUIREMENTS
The following skill sets/attributes are essential for the successful candidate:
•Strong work ethic
•Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls (inbound/outbound)
•Strong phone skills with emphasis on customer retention
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Consultative approach
•Basic PC knowledge
•Compliance focused
•Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
•A strong desire to achieve and succeed

The following skill sets/attributes are desired, but not essential:
•Bilingual a plus
•Dialer experience a plus
