Entry level position.
Manage and maintain customer relationships while contacting and following up for payments for past due balances from retail accounts.
Document conversations into the Credit Note system.Communicate within the credit department as well as with Client Services to resolve outstanding or potential issues.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effective collections and follow up of delinquent accounts.
Identify and communicate existing or potential problems.ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize.
Professional and persuasive collection techniques.
Self motivated and self directed.
Working knowledge of Microsoft’s Excel, Word and Outlook programs.
Willingness to learn.EDUCATION:
Two years College or equivalent work experience preferably in finance or related field.WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Corporate Headquarters.
Office environment.
Casual Office attire.
Hours are 9:00 to 5:00 with potential ability for flex hours.BENEFITS:
